Emergency Preparedness Plan– Designed an emergency communication framework in partnership with the Provincial Language Services to improve access for linguistically diverse communities in healthcare settings across British Columbia.

Intercultural Competence Workshop- Facilitated diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) conversations, driving cultural competency within the organization. Led cultural training to enhance cross-team collaboration in a global retail environment.

Five to Thrive Campaign– Developed a public health messaging campaign promoting healthy living through simple, actionable steps. Designed inclusive materials to engage diverse communities and raise awareness of nutrition, wellness, and prevention as part of a graduate-level project at Royal Roads University.

Strategic Communication & Cultural Branding – Led strategic communication, cultural branding, and public diplomacy initiatives to elevate the country’s national image through creativity and cultural dialogue. Collaborated with renowned institutions, including the Smithsonian Institution, Philadelphia Museum Exhibition-Journeys to New Worlds, Spanish and Portuguese Colonial Art, Denver Art Museum, Textile Exhibition, and other cultural organizations to promote cross-cultural exchange and appreciation. Guided public messaging, cross-cultural mediation, and media relations during complex diplomatic transitions—ensuring clarity, credibility, and public trust in times of change.
